Linde Canada is currently seeking a Warehouse Receiving in the Mississauga, Canada area. 

 

Purpose of the position: 

  • Receive product into Warehouse
  • Member of the Head Office Joint Health and Safety Committee

Responsibilities

  • Accurate/Timely receiving of goods in SAP
  • Create BIN location, changes as required
  • Perform shipping when required
  • Back up for Warehouse Supervisor Role
  • Conducts Monthly Safety Inspection for entire building
  • Present & Organize Safety Training for Head Office Staff
  • Maintain records of all Health & Safety items in Head Office Location
  • New Employee Induction; provide Safety Starter Kit, Building Tour & Identify Emergency Exits etc.
  • Head Office Fire Drill preparation

Qualifications

Basic:

  • College Diploma
  • 3 Years experience in Senior Shipping or Receiving Operations

 

Other:

  • Focus on Customer Service
  • Co-operative team work
  • Knowledge of SAP Inventory Module
  • Command of Product Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Safe Warehouse Operating Practices
  • Knowledge of Warehousing Systems and Flow
  • Knowledge of Linde Canada Process
