Linde Canada is currently seeking an E-Business Regional Expert in the Mississauga (Ontario) Canada area. 


Purpose of the position:

Support the implementation of the E-Business strategy within a RAS sub-region

-Seek opportunities both internally and with our customers where E-Business can be leveraged to improve the customer experience, increase revenue, and/or reduce costs
-Support flawless execution of E-Business related processes and systems
-Provide second level problem resolution for all matters related to E-Business in the sub-region
-Coach cross functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IS) to assure E-Business is fully integrated into our processes, making Linde the company with whom it is easy to do business.
-Assure compliance with the organization’s policies, practices, and applicable laws and regulations


  • Oversee E-Business processes within the sub-region
  • Make it easy for customers to deal with Linde thru E-Business; champion E-Business for the Sales, Operations, Finance organizations in their sub
  • Support and assist in the marketing of E-Business applications to internal and external audiences
  • Support and participate with Sales and Marketing in the deployment of E-Business applications, including training, demonstrations, and customer visits
  • Report on Customer Experience and Productivity metrics aligned with E-Business
  • Participate in regional and global meetings to improve the penetration of E-Business applications in their sub
  • Ensure overall SHEQ principles are incorporated for employees and contributes to a strong safety culture



  • Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Marketing, IT or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in  Customer Care, I/S,  Sales or equivalent of relevant Linde business roles



  • Customer Experience and Customer focus with a Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and skills
  • A good understanding  local business processes and systems
  • Proven change management skills
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and the language(s) of their sub-region
  • Administration capabilities, E-Business expertise or strong I/S or Sales background
  • Compliance/Licensing/Country Regulations acumen 
  • Financial planning and analytics 
  • Creative problem solver, Managing tools, Communication skills
